Who We Are

Mario and Lauren Merrills are the proud owners of Harbour. Mario was born and raised in Howard County, Maryland. He played football and ran track at Wilde Lake High School and earned a scholarship to play football at the University of Maryland in College Park. He has had an incredibly successful career in Medical Device Sales but wanted to make a bigger impact on the community where he grew up. He is passionate about serving his neighbors and is committed to providing best-in-class work for his clients.

Mario’s wife, Lauren, hails from the Midwest — Cincinnati, Ohio. She, too, earned an athletic scholarship to play soccer at The Ohio State University and has had a successful career in Medical Device Sales. She is eager to contribute to the community that she now calls home. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for top notch client experiences will provide a seamless service pathway for those needing Harbour’s services. Mario and Lauren have four beautiful children — Milan, Reese, Maverick, and Camden — their motivation for opening this family-owned and local business. The Big Ten family rivalry runs thick in the fall, they love football, grilling and staying active! They are honored to be a part of the Howard County community and its surrounding areas and look forward to serving its families.
