Who We Are
The Harbour Company is a residential design-build and restoration firm in Columbia, Maryland — MHIC #163997.
One team carries every project from concept through completion: design, permitting, construction, final walkthrough. And when the unexpected happens — water, fire, storm — our restoration division responds fast and rebuilds to the standard of our finest renovations.
Harbour is owned and operated by Mario and Lauren Merrills. Mario was born and raised in Howard County and leads field operations; Lauren leads design and client experience.
We built Harbour on a simple belief: your home deserves the same care, craft, and intention you bring to living in it.
